Welding Protection Fabrics

Atlantech is a proud distributor of Welding Protection Fabrics. Atlantech’s Welding Blankets provide protection from sparks, spatter and slag generated by welding or metal-cutting applications. Our blankets are made in various sizes from a variety of heat-resistant materials.

Choose light duty fabrics when working in open, low-risk areas where there will not be excessive weld or cutting spatter. These products are primarily for vertical use.

For welding applications with some degree of risk, choose Medium Duty fabrics. These products can be used for curtains, drapes, or drop cloth, but should not be used for horizontal capture of spatter and red-hot cut pieces.

When safety and protection to equipment and personnel are critical, Heavy Duty fabrics provide effective horizontal capture of concentrated spatter and red-hot cut pieces. Multiple layers of heavy duty fabric provide maximum protection.
